THE SALMON FESTIVAL

The Salmon Festival was the original inspiration for The Great Scott’s Seafood Extravaganza. In the  month of July, we get the rare opportunity to compare Wild and Farm Raised Salmon. There are two types of Salmon featured on our menu, Pacific Wild King Salmon and Atlantic Farm-Raised Salmon. You will find that the Pacific Wild King Salmon is leaner than Atlantic Salmon. Its taste varies widely depending on where and when it was caught. Join us in July for the Salmon Festival and you be the judge!
